2018 Zinfandel Komrosky

A deep, tawny red in the glass with a nose of anise, cinnamon, and dark cherry. A spicy wine, with bright notes of under-ripe black plum and nutmeg on the front palate. Soft mesquite and smokiness develop before red berries, pepper, and woody tobacco balance with grippy tannins on the finish.
