The wine pours a soft sunset orange in the glass and has enticing aromas of spun sugar and young nectarine. Essence of nectarine continues on the palate along with green melon and lemon verbena. The pale color of this wine demonstrates our commitment to low intervention wine making, and the smoothness of the palate is a result of a slow, cold fermentation. Less than 100 cases were produced with sustainably grown and harvested Grenache grapes from Bates Vineyards, Santa Cruz AVA.
