2021 Pinot Gris

With its pale color of fresh straw and subtle aromas of apple tart and spicy carnation, this Pinot Gris plays between the seasons of summer and autumn. A soft, balanced acidity keeps the wine dry, and allows a brilliant fullness without being too fruit forward. Warm notes of spiced pear, young apricot and golden apple, along with hints of both green leaf and clove culminate in a soft, smooth finish that lingers on the palate.
